Inviting Collaborators

You have the ability to add authorized users to manage certain aspects of your cloud services purchased from us. This is handled under the "Manage Contacts" page which can be seen in the below image.

There are two scenarios on how to go about inviting someone to collaborate:

1. Inviting an existing user account

2. Inviting a new user

If the user being added already has an existing SVS cloud account then you should just invite them using the "Invite User" button.

If they don't have an account and plan to only work through your account/organization then you can create the account for them by clicking the "Add new contact" button.

Either option allows the user making the invite to fine-tune their permissions so they only have access to what they need. An example of this can be seen in the below image.
