You can adjust the time frame of the usage graphs in the top right of the screen. This will allow you to change it from as long as a year back to as short as the hour.

The resources usage page will show you a history of CPU, Memory, and Disk IO for your specific VPS service.
Network Traffic
The network usage page will show you how much network traffic you are using on a time scale.
