Returns a list of confirmed blocks between two slots Parameters

1. startSlot (required) — Start slot (inclusive).

2. endSlot (optional) — End slot (inclusive).

3. config (optional) — Optional configuration object. Every field is optional; omit the entire object to use defaults.
